Replace the easily damaged and hard to use tie rod adjuster on Dodge Ram HD's with this hex-shaped adjuster. The replacement adjuster provides an easy to grip 1 7/8" hex to allow easy and precise toe adjustments without the rounding and slipping that happens on the factory adjuster.
